YOU WERE HANGING IN THE CORNER
WITH YOUR FIVE BEST FRIENDS
YOU HEARD THAT I WAS TROUBLE
BUT YOU COULDN'T RESIST

I need a place to meet Ginny...
I need a place to meet Ginny...
I need a place to meet Ginny...
And then the wall opened, as if by his command.
Dean laughed aloud, but then stopped himself. Sure he was on the seventh floor, but the Gryffindor tower wasn't too far away. People might hear him.
As he entered the Room of Requirement, he realized how bad it would look from an outsider's point of view. He was trying to find a private room so he could be with his girlfriend without being disturbed. Yeah, yeah, innapropriate, he got it. The problem is, that wasn't what he had in mind. Not at all. And no, he wasn't lying. He legitimately just wanted to see her without the rest of the world judging him. Every time he was with Ginny, it seemed like Harry or Ron or Hermione were always with her, breathing down her back. They were so willing to accuse her for nothing!
Okay, okay, yes Dean sometimes did have other things on his mind.. But it wasn't like they weren't natural feelings. And they only popped up when they were really snogging. Not just like "Oh, I'll give you a kiss goodbye," but like, not even able to speak snogging. And even then, only sometimes, and not that bad. Was it bad? No, it was okay because they were dating. And they hadn't done anything anyways.
Dean realized he was mentally rambling and stopped himself. He shouldn't have had to worry about this as much as he did, but being in a relationship with so many people around to "protect" her was sometimes taxing. That's why he'd spoken to her ever-so-briefly, just before they left for lunch from the common room.
The Room itself was fairly nice, but very different than the room they used for DA meetings. Where the DA meeting room had grates and tall pillars and mirrors and dummies to practice on, this room was totally different. It was almost like the Gryffindor common room, but even cozier (if that was at all possible). There was a grand rug before a huge fireplace, which was crackling gently. He raised an eyebrow at that, scoffing internally, but he let his eyes survey the room anyways. There was a loveseat that was off-center from the fireplace and a couple of armchairs, as well as several ground-set lamps. The whole area was warm, and kept warm by the heavy red curtains that lined the walls. It had a quiet, peaceful air, perfect for talking or even just relaxing.
He moved to one of the armchairs and sat in it impatiently, anxious for Ginny to arrive.
