deidra's appearance is one that people tend to recognize easily. she's fairly tall, which makes her tower over most of the girls at hogwarts, but she's also got really bright hair. i mean, really bright hair. generally she likes to keep it pink, but she has worn it bright blue with brown, and experienced other colors as well. her face is very tense, as she has a strong, defined jawline. her frame is petite, but strong. dee has more of a 'model' look than one of the typical short, pretty girls. some people might not think she is exactly attractive, but her entire appearance is extremely dreamlike.

her clothing style is a bit different, especially since she embraces her muggle side. she wears a lot of prints, dark colors, and neon colors when she actually wears color at all. deidra is a big fan of boots and heels, though is content with wearing silver, black, or gold stylish sandals. she likes zippers, chains, and buttons on her attire. dee is also partial to short shorts, lacy tights, and miniskirts. overall her style is pretty different from everyone around her, and that's the way she likes it. deidra is basically the typical slytherin female. she knows how to dominate the male mind without losing her dignity. she's also extremely proud, arrogant, and snobby. dee was brought up by her mother to believe that she was better than most of the population. even though deidra is a halfblood, her mother insisted that because she killed her husband and father of her children, that all of their blood is pure. dee is convinced that she is of pureblood decent because of the whole ordeal. still, she is extremely proud of everything she accomplishes. most of the things she does are based on her independence. deidra is really sneaky when it comes to doing things, too. she can get away with most anything, being mischievous and conniving. because she is so sneaky, she has a hard time believing other people. dee is extremely distrusting, and only trusts a certain amount of people.

the activities, hobbies, and dislikes of miss monroe are extremely important to her character. she likes to party and drink, which enables a lot of one night stands to occur between her and strangers, and sometimes friends as well. deidra also enjoys quidditch. her favorite position is keeper, though she also makes a decent beater. the most important part about dee is that she has a huge passion for serving the dark lord. while still a student, deidra has already joined lord voldemort's side and is branded with the dark mark, as is her mother, and so will her younger sister when old enough. deidra would do anything in the dark lord's name, including sacrificing herself for him. dee is very determined to make sure the dark lord's plans are followed through with.

History:

of course, every person's history begins before the womb. deidra monroe's history begins with a lovely young woman, just finished with school at hogwarts witchcraft and wizardry. this woman was eloise annabella grace, the daughter of a very wealthy, pureblooded family who was in favor of the dark lord's efforts. at the time, the first wizarding war was stirring. while eloise was roaming the muggle streets, killing innocent lives when the opportunity struck, she came across a muggle man that stole her heart. without telling her parents, she dated the man and grew to love him more and more.

liam and eloise married just a few months later, though eloise only met his parents, telling him that her own had died a few years prior. eloise kept her last name, though, in 'honor of her parents' truthfully, she knew that if her parents knew about liam, they were sure to tell the dark lord and she would be killed. surely, she kept it all a secret. after a short two years of being married, they became pregnant with little miss deidra alison monroe. eloise told her parents that she had become pregnant with one of her ex boyfriends, and would raise the child alone. while the monroes were suspicious of their daughter, they accepted it. when eloise became pregnant with deidra's sister, though, they knew something was wrong. eloise was forced to tell them that she was married to liam, and that her children were his too. her parents were horrified, and told her that the only way she would be accepted back into the family and they wouldn't tell the dark lord was if eloise killed liam.


so she did, because she was submissive to her parent's and the dark lord's wishes. two years later, when the dark lord was rid of, eloise remained faithful to him. even though she had lost the love of her life, eloise knew that it would be better for her life, and her children's lives, without him. she passed her thoughts and views onto her children, which is where deidra's history really begins.

deidra was raised by the voldemort-loving, dark-embracing woman known as eloise. her mother's past with her father always remained a secret, but she always repeated that her father was simply in the dark lord's way. dee was taught that love has no place in the world, and that only power and true reign are final. deidra and her younger sister were taught this many ways, but one of the most dreadful of teachings happened to be dee's worst nightmare. her mother tortured her with the cruciatus curse, telling her that she needed to learn how to embrace pain instead of resist it. from the day she was nine, the day that her mother tortured her, she knew what was real in the world. deidra began to see that love really didn't hold a place in the world, especially not hers.

the amount of force and attacks that eloise strained on her girls made them grow closer. dee and delia were very close. they tended to rely on each other to sneak out and hide away from their mother as to not get tortured. as they were raised by her, they shared her views of hating muggleborns and being cruel to those who were deserving. still, they were children, and they didn't want to be hurt. unfortunately, the time that they could help each other grew slim as deidra turned eleven. she received her hogwarts letter the summer of turning eleven and prepared herself to go to hogwarts, leaving her baby sister behind.

it wasn't long after, though, that delia joined her at hogwarts. deidra and her sister were both sorted into slytherin. it wasn't a big shock, though. they were literally born to be there. deidra's time in the slytherin house wasn't that much different from any other's, other than the fact that she seemed to be one of the leaders despite her young age. she joined in with the older kids well, and was welcomed by them and feared by the younger ones. dee turned to partying with the older students at a young age, which brought her to becoming a drinker pretty young. at first, she didn't allow herself to become such a big partier. deidra hadn't really thought about being such a crazy person, but that's what she grew into shortly.

she had a small, close-knit group of friends that held the same views as herself. while one of her best friends, olivia, wasn't a pureblood extremist, she was very loyal and stayed in the group. deidra didn't let her views get in the way of friendships she knew could last. still, she never befriended any muggleborn student or any muggle at all, really. dee's maturity grew a bit as she grew up, but she never left her views astray. even as a seventh year, deidra continues to be a pureblood extremist. she also remains one of the dark lord's death eaters, one of his close student followers. dee fell into lord voldemort's following pack just a year earlier, when her mother practically pushed her into his arms. deidra didn't mind, though. just one year previous, deidra became branded with the dark mark and became slightly a new person. she is now living out that new being, keeping her friends close and her friends closer.

i have a few remarks about what you said. don't take it as rude or anything, just trying to correct you.

1. "a half blood would not have been sorted into Slytherin" ACTUALLY, it's stated countless times that there are not a lot of true pureblood families left. also, voldemort himself is a halfblood and was sorted into Slytherin, so your accusation that halfbloods aren't sorted into Slytherin is wrong.

2. "it doesn't make sense that Voldemort forced Eloise to marry a muggle because he wouldn't want anything to do with them." this would be before the first wizarding war, when he didn't know much about muggleborns except for the fact that one of his parents was one. i will, though, change this since it's obviously going to be an issue.

3. "The family section is not for friends, only family" that's fine, but since they are like family i figured it wouldnt be a big deal to add them since they're labeled best friends. but i can remove them.

4. "It doesn't make sense for a person like Deidra to become friends with a Hufflepuff" ha, it actually DOES make sense. seeing as deidra dislikes disloyalty, she would admire the character of some Hufflepuffs because they are loyal. Also, olivia is only a hufflepuff because she is very loyal. she's still rude and cruel like deidra, just more loyal.

Alright Caline, we've discussed it and the only thing that we'd like you to change is that fact that Eloise was forced to marry a Muggle by Voldemort. You say that Voldemort didn't know much about Muggles during the first war except that his father was one, and while that's true, you're overlooking the fact that Voldemort actually starting hating Muggles because of his father and how he left his mother with basically nothing once she stopped using the love potion on him.

Based on that, just change that part then put [MD] in your application title so we know to come and accept you.
