Overall appearance: Lorelai is a very dainty person and doesn't have much muscle to her. She It is true that she doesn't have a lot of physical strength, but what she lacks in physical strength, she makes up for in emotional strength. Her skin is very pale and has a slight pink undertone, so she has a healthy glow. Her hair is a bright blonde, which is often died. Lorelai has a habit of switching her hair colors around. Her original hair color was a mousy brown, but the blonde really brings out the light in her skin. Lorelai's blonde hair is very long, which is just how she likes it. Sometimes it causes a problem, but she deals with it. While she has always kept her hair very long, it's a guessing game as to just how her hair will be fixed from day to day. Her eyes are usually a greenish gray color, but of course, they switch colors, depending on what she is wearing. Lorelai's style ranges between extremely girl or slightly tom-boyish, or sometimes it's even a mixture of the two. She has high cheek bones and a rather pointed nose, but it seems to go with her face, so it's not too noticeable .[/size]

Overall Personality: Lorelai is the type of person that really wants everyone to be her friend and hates making people angry. When it comes to her friends and her sister, she is completely selfless. She loves to make people happy and she would much rather give than receive. However, while she is a very sweet and giving person, she can be rather cross at times. When someone says the wrong thing or makes someone she cares about upset, her temper flares. She can sometimes control it, but at other times, she simply lets it run it's course. One thing about Lorelai, though is that she can be extremely awkward. She can get nervous and stressed extremely easily and it causes her a lot of problems. One of her major problems is that when she's nervous or stressed she can't ever get to sleep and her appetite drops dramatically. Lorelai has an extremely cheesy sense of humor, which she knows often annoys people, so sometimes she uses that to her advantage. Occasionally, she can be overly sensitive and this is when she either gets very angry and defensive or very sad and depressed. She can be a very passive person and she doesn't like to cause trouble, but she will if she feels that she has to or if she is provoked.

Lorelai absolutely adores her pet cat, Elizabeth, or Betty for short. She's only had her for a little over a year, but they have definitely bonded. Betty constantly wants to follow Lorelai to classes. Feylin and Lorelai get along very well together, which makes Anissa the odd one out when they are together. This makes Anissa look like the black sheep of the family, but it is actually Feylin and Lorelai that are. They disapprove of the pureblood hype, despite what their parents have tried to teach them. After all, Lorelai's best friend is a halfblood and Feylin's best friend is a muggle born. Their parents' lessons that anyone lower than a pureblood is evil were negated the second they were sorted into their houses. Charms is by far Lorelai's favorite and best subject. She seems to have a special talent for the art, plus, she enjoys Professor Flitwick's odd antics and sayings. She certainly enjoy's Professor McGonagall, but she was very bad at Transfiguration. She often has trouble with the intense concentration that it takes to transfigure something because she gets distracted easily.

History: This story starts off with Jonathon Knight and Eden Becker, both just graduated from Hogwarts, both Slytherin alumnis. They were two of the very few wholly pureblood families left in the Wizarding World. Their families were both very proud of their pureblood status and both sets of parents wanted to keep this going. The two people were thrown into a marriage, of which both of them did not agree with, as they had hated each other all through school. However, the more into the engagement they got, the more they started to like and even love each other.

Jonathon and Eden Knight had their first child, who they named Feylin, only two years into their marriage. They absolutely adored her and gave her practically anything that she desired. Feylin was an only child for two more years, and then Lorelai was born.
Lorelai graced the Earth with her presence on May 24th. Feylin and Lorelai's relationship started off rocky, as Feylin was used to being the only child in her parents' life. However, once Feylin got used to having Lorelai around, they became very close and she became very protective of Lorelai. When Feylin was four and Lorelai was two, Jonathon and Eden had another child, named Anissa. Being born into a family that was very strong in their beliefs that purebloods were the only people who dared live on the Earth, many people believed that Lorelai would end up just like her parents. But just like her older sister, Feylin, people had been thinking wrong. Feylin was only two years old when Lorelai was born, so they automatically got along. Two years later, another girl was born, named Anissa. Everyone could tell, even at an early age that Anissa was more like her parents than her other sisters, so she was automatically the favorite. She would constantly walk around the house, besmirching muggles, muggleborns, halfbloods and blood traitors. This was difficult for Lorelai and Feylin to take, but they often kept their mouths shut as they knew the extent of their father's anger.

Around the age of seven, Lorelai showed that she was gifted in the magical area by 'accidentally' causing pixies to appear all around the kitchen. Lorelai was not only shocked that she made this happen, she was also terrified that she was going to get in trouble for causing so much chaos. On the contrary, though, her parents were extremely happy to find out that she was about to do magic. The rest of the day, the whole family were running around the house to try and get all of the pixies captured and in a cage in the basement. Her parents were actually very happy that this happened, not because it showed that Lorelai had magical talents, but now they had over fifty pixies that they could sell! The reason for this magical outburst? Lorelai had pricked herself with her embroidering needle.

The older Lorelai got, the more she seemed to be like her older sister. Somehow, neither of them agreed with the pureblood ways, which was a great disappointment to her parents. Her father was a Death Eater and a very powerful one at that. To her parents inreased disappointment, Lorelai was sorted into Hufflepuff, in their opinion the shame of the family. Feylin was almost as big of a disappointment, but she had been sorted into Ravenclaw, which wasn't quite as bad as Hufflepuff. Jonathon and Eden were just happy that none of their children had been sorted into the dreaded Gryffindor. Even though Lorelai and Feylin fought against their parents' beliefs, that didn't mean that they were treated badly. Their parents still loved them, despite their 'faults.' This only brought up the concern of what the Dark Lord would do if he found out about this. It really worried Jonathon and Eden because they knew Voldemort certainly wouldn't be happy to hear about this. Would he kill their daughters? To rub it in, Anissa was the only child of their's that was sorted into Slytherin.

Lorelai thought that she would have trouble fitting in, since she came from a Slytherin-proud, pureblood family, but she didn't. She quickly made friends and became one of the more popular girls of the house. Lorelai was just so friendly and goofy that she made friends very easily. However, she had some problems with the Slytherins and pureblood-proud people of other houses. She became a bit of a victim for bullying, but she wasn't a pushover, so the majority of the jeers and rude comments didn't affect her...for the most part. These Slytherins saw her as a blood traitor because in their eyes that was what she was. And they never let her forget how much of a disappointment she was. This wasn't the entire Slytherin house, of course, but the really proud pureblood members.
